A delicious and easy breakfast treat featuring strawberry and Nutella stuffed inside French toast roll-ups.

- 8 slices of white bread
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter
- Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
Instructions
- Trim the crusts off the bread slices and flatten them with a rolling pin.
- Spread 1 tbsp of Nutella on each slice of bread.
- Add a spoonful of diced strawberries on top of the Nutella.
- Roll each slice tightly and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture, coating evenly.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the roll-ups for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
- If the bread is too stiff, microwave it for a few seconds to soften.
- Serve with extra Nutella or maple syrup for dipping.
