- 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup red velvet cake mix
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter, press into a springform pan for the crust.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in sour cream and red velvet cake mix until combined.
- Pour batter over the crust and bake for 50-55 minutes.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.

- Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
- Chill cheesecake thoroughly before slicing.
