Instructions
- Mix minced chicken, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the rissoles for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
