Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form small patties slightly larger than the buns.
- Cook patties for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Place half a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
- Toast the buns lightly if desired.
- Spread ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise on buns.
- Add cooked patties, lettuce, and pickles.
- Serve immediately.
