- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Sear chicken thighs until browned on both sides.
- Remove chicken and sauté onions and garlic until soft.
- Pour apple cider vinegar and chicken broth into the pan.
- Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 25 minutes.
- Serve hot.
