- 2 medium zucchinis
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and slice the zucchinis into 1/4-inch thick rounds or half moons.
- In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until well coated.
- Place the zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the zucchini is golden brown and crispy.
- Optional: Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
