Description
A flavorful Greek-inspired pasta dish with tender chicken, spicy harissa feta cream, and crispy roasted asparagus.
Ingredients

- 400g chicken breast, sliced
- 300g pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 200g feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp harissa paste
- 100ml heavy cream
- 200g asparagus, trimmed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 15 minutes until crispy.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, cook chicken with garlic and oregano until browned and fully cooked.
- Mix feta, harissa, and cream in a bowl. Stir into cooked chicken and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine pasta with chicken and sauce. Top with roasted asparagus crisps.
Notes
- Adjust harissa for more or less spice.
- Substitute chicken with shrimp for a seafood variation.
- Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
