  • Author: ushinzomr

Description

This refreshing white sangria is bursting with summer fruits and is perfect for warm weather gatherings. Easy to make and delightful in flavor!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or Triple Sec)
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (or to taste)
  • 1 cup club soda or lemon-lime soda, chilled
  • 1 cup diced fresh summer fruits (such as peaches, strawberries, and blueberries)
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and simple syrup. Stir well to combine.
  2. Add the diced summer fruits, orange slices, and lemon slices to the pitcher. Stir gently to mix the fruits with the liquid.
  3. Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Just before serving, add the club soda to the pitcher and stir gently.
  5. Serve the sangria over ice in glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

  • Feel free to mix and match your favorite summer fruits depending on what is in season.
  • For a sweeter sangria, adjust the amount of simple syrup to your taste.
  • This sangria can be made a day in advance, just add the club soda right before serving to keep it bubbly.
