This refreshing white sangria is bursting with summer fruits and is perfect for warm weather gatherings. Easy to make and delightful in flavor!
Ingredients

- 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or Triple Sec)
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (or to taste)
- 1 cup club soda or lemon-lime soda, chilled
- 1 cup diced fresh summer fruits (such as peaches, strawberries, and blueberries)
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and simple syrup. Stir well to combine.
- Add the diced summer fruits, orange slices, and lemon slices to the pitcher. Stir gently to mix the fruits with the liquid.
- Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, add the club soda to the pitcher and stir gently.
- Serve the sangria over ice in glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to mix and match your favorite summer fruits depending on what is in season.
- For a sweeter sangria, adjust the amount of simple syrup to your taste.
- This sangria can be made a day in advance, just add the club soda right before serving to keep it bubbly.
