This refreshing watermelon sorbet is a perfect treat for hot summer days. Made with just a few simple ingredients, it’s easy to whip up in your ice cream maker!

- 4 cups Watermelon
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes, sugar (if using), lemon juice, and salt.
- Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl to remove any pulp.
- Cover and refrigerate the mixture for about 1 hour to chill.
- Once chilled, pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer the sorbet to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Scoop and serve the watermelon sorbet, and enjoy!
Notes
- If you prefer a smoother texture, blend the watermelon longer or strain it more thoroughly.
- This sorbet can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
