- 2 anchovy fillets, drained (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, capers, and anchovy fillets (if using).
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a tablespoon of olive oil from the tuna can if needed to achieve the desired consistency.
- Season the tuna sauce with black pepper to taste.
- Arrange the thinly sliced veal on a serving platter.
- Spoon the tuna sauce generously over the veal slices.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use high-quality mayonnaise.
- Adjust the amount of lemon juice to your liking.
- If you don’t have anchovies, you can omit them or add a pinch of salt to the sauce.
