  • 2 anchovy fillets, drained (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, capers, and anchovy fillets (if using).
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a tablespoon of olive oil from the tuna can if needed to achieve the desired consistency.
  3. Season the tuna sauce with black pepper to taste.

  5. Spoon the tuna sauce generously over the veal slices.
