A creamy and delicious vanilla panna cotta that’s easy to make and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 packet gelatin powder
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- a pinch salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Heat over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and the mixture is warm but not boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses or molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Once set, serve chilled. You can top with fresh berries or a berry sauce if desired.
