Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into cubes or desired shape.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the tofu to the bowl and gently toss to coat the tofu evenly with the marinade.
  5. Sprinkle cornstarch over the marinated tofu and toss again until the tofu is well coated.
  6. Place the tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  7. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy.
  8. Remove the tofu from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes
