Description

- 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the pressed tofu into cubes or desired shape.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the tofu to the bowl and gently toss to coat the tofu evenly with the marinade.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over the marinated tofu and toss again until the tofu is well coated.
- Place the tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy.
- Remove the tofu from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the tofu for 30 minutes before air frying.
- Feel free to experiment with different spices and sauces for varied flavors.
- Leftover tofu can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
