Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/4 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/4 cup cucumbers, julienned
  • 4 rice paper wrappers

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes in a bowl.
  2. Cook the beef mixture in a pan until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Prepare rice paper wrappers by soaking them in warm water until soft.
  4. Place a layer of Thai basil leaves on each wrapper.
  5. Add a portion of the cooked beef, carrots, and cucumbers on top of the basil.
  6. Roll the wrappers tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
