Ingredients

- 200g ground beef
- 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ginger, minced
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- 1/4 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/4 cup cucumbers, julienned
- 4 rice paper wrappers
Instructions
- Mix ground beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes in a bowl.
- Cook the beef mixture in a pan until browned and fully cooked.
- Prepare rice paper wrappers by soaking them in warm water until soft.
- Place a layer of Thai basil leaves on each wrapper.
- Add a portion of the cooked beef, carrots, and cucumbers on top of the basil.
- Roll the wrappers tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

- Adjust chili flakes to taste for desired spiciness.
- Use fresh basil for the best flavor.
