Ingredients

  • 500g steak cubes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add steak cubes and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and thyme.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add grated parmesan and stir until melted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cook for 5-7 minutes until sauce thickens.
