Description

Ingredients

- 500g steak cubes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add steak cubes and cook until browned.
- Stir in minced garlic and thyme.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add grated parmesan and stir until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use sirloin or ribeye steak for best results.
- Freshly grated parmesan melts better.
- Adjust creaminess by adding more or less cream.
