- 2 cups frozen fries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and bake fries according to package instructions.
- Season steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
- Sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Reduce heat, add butter, garlic, and thyme.
- Baste steak with melted butter for 1 minute.
- Remove steak and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve with crispy fries.
