Ingredients

- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season redfish fillets with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Place redfish fillets in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add lemon juice and zest, then baste fish with the sauce.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley before serving.
