- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in vanilla and sour cream. Pour half the batter over the crust.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the batter and swirl gently.
- Fold chopped strawberries into the remaining batter and pour over the chocolate layer.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set. Cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Use room-temperature cream cheese for smoother batter.
- Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours before slicing.
- Top with extra strawberries and chocolate shavings for garnish.
