- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic until the beef is fully cooked and the onion is translucent. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
