  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic until the beef is fully cooked and the onion is translucent. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
  6. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
