- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mango puree
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mango puree, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Marinate chicken breasts in half of the sauce for 20 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
- Use fresh or frozen mango for the puree.
- Serve with steamed rice or vegetables.
