- 2 medium Sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into 1-inch cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even cooking.
- Once the sweet potatoes are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer.
- Serve warm as a delicious side dish or snack.
