Description

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the chicken. Cook until no longer pink.
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and stir to coat.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side.
- Fill each tortilla with chicken, lettuce, carrots, and cilantro.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.

- Use pre-cooked chicken to save time.
- Adjust the chili sauce for more or less heat.
- Add avocado for extra creaminess.
