Description
A quick and easy meal featuring tender chicken, crisp broccoli, and fluffy rice coated in a sweet and spicy chili sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup (200g) white rice, uncooked
- 2 cups (200g) broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken, cook until no longer pink (5-6 minutes).
- Stir in broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
- Mix in cooked rice and heat through for 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked rice to save time.
- Adjust chili sauce for more or less heat.
- Add carrots or bell peppers for extra veggies.
