Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 green onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar.
  5. Add bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  6. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve hot with rice.

  • Adjust chili sauce for more or less heat.
