Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- Add salsa, black beans, corn, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken directly in the pot using two forks.
- Serve in tortillas, garnished with fresh cilantro and lime wedges if desired.
