  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • Club soda, to top off
  • Ice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the wine, mixed berries, orange juice, brandy, and simple syrup.
  2. Stir gently to combine and taste. Adjust sweetness with more simple syrup if desired.
  3. Add the orange and lemon slices to the pitcher.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to let the flavors meld.
  5. When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice and pour the sangria over the ice, topping each glass with a splash of club soda.

Notes

  • Feel free to experiment with different fruits like peaches or pineapples.
