A refreshing and fruity Summer Berry Sangria perfect for warm weather gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 bottle (750ml) dry red wine
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- Club soda, to top off
- Ice, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the wine, mixed berries, orange juice, brandy, and simple syrup.
- Stir gently to combine and taste. Adjust sweetness with more simple syrup if desired.
- Add the orange and lemon slices to the pitcher.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to let the flavors meld.
- When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice and pour the sangria over the ice, topping each glass with a splash of club soda.
Notes
- Feel free to experiment with different fruits like peaches or pineapples.
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute wine with grape juice and brandy with additional juice.
