Ingredients

- 1 small head green cabbage, shredded
- 1 small head purple cabbage, shredded
- 2 large carrots, grated
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, purple cabbage, and grated carrots.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss well to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- You can add other ingredients like diced apples or raisins for extra sweetness.
- This coleslaw can be made a day in advance for convenience.
