Ingredients

  • 1 pound sponge cake, cut into cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a trifle dish or a large glass bowl, layer half of the sponge cake cubes at the bottom.
  3. Add half of the sliced strawberries and half of the blueberries on top of the cake layer.
