Ingredients

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water.
- Pour sauce over beef and stir until thickened.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
- Serve hot with jasmine rice.
