  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
  5. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water.
  6. Pour sauce over beef and stir until thickened.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
  8. Serve hot with jasmine rice.
