- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
- Pour the orange juice mixture into the pan. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with water and add to the pan. Stir until the sauce thickens.
- Add orange zest and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
