- 1 tablespoon Olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the steak dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with olive oil.
- Season generously with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder if using.
- Place the steak in the air fryer basket, ensuring it is not overcrowded.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking. Adjust the time for your desired doneness: 10 minutes for medium-rare, 12 for medium.
- Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature (130°F for medium-rare, 140°F for medium).
- Once done, remove the steak from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.
