  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the steak bites, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the steak evenly.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  3. Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
  4. Air fry the steak bites for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  5. While the steak bites are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Once the steak bites are done, transfer them to a serving bowl and drizzle the garlic butter over them. Toss to coat well.
