Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the steak bites, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the steak evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
- Air fry the steak bites for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- While the steak bites are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Once the steak bites are done, transfer them to a serving bowl and drizzle the garlic butter over them. Toss to coat well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites in the seasoning for 30 minutes before cooking.
