Description

Tender steak bites paired with crispy Parmesan potatoes for a delicious and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and tender.
  4. While the potatoes are roasting, season the steak pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a large skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes, until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the steak bites.
  7. Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve the steak bites alongside the Parmesan potatoes.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites in your favorite marinade for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Feel free to add your favorite herbs and spices to the potato mixture.
