Tender steak bites paired with crispy Parmesan potatoes for a delicious and satisfying meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and tender.
- While the potatoes are roasting, season the steak pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes, until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the steak bites.
- Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve the steak bites alongside the Parmesan potatoes.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites in your favorite marinade for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Feel free to add your favorite herbs and spices to the potato mixture.
