- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is slightly golden.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced vegetables.
