Description
A quick and easy salmon bowl with spicy sriracha honey glaze, served with rice and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cucumber (sliced)
- 1/2 avocado (sliced)
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp green onions (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix sriracha, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and garlic in a bowl.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with half the glaze.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
- Warm the remaining glaze in a small pan.
- Assemble bowls with rice, salmon, cucumber, avocado, and carrots.
- Drizzle with glaze and top with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for preferred spice level.
- Use quinoa instead of rice for a low-carb option.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
