Description

A quick and easy salmon bowl with spicy sriracha honey glaze, served with rice and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced)
  • 1/2 avocado (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp green onions (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix sriracha, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and garlic in a bowl.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with half the glaze.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
  5. Warm the remaining glaze in a small pan.
  6. Assemble bowls with rice, salmon, cucumber, avocado, and carrots.
  7. Drizzle with glaze and top with sesame seeds and green onions.

  • Adjust sriracha for preferred spice level.
