- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz spaghetti, cooked
- 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, spaghetti, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes with green chilies, onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra spice, add more cayenne pepper.
- Can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
