Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic, honey, soy sauce, and sriracha.
- Stir until the sauce thickens slightly (about 2-3 minutes).
- Return chicken to the pan, coating it with the sauce.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
- For extra thickness, mix cornstarch with 1 tbsp water and add to the sauce.
