Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 cups frozen fries
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake fries for 20 minutes.
- Mix flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne in a bowl.
- Dip chicken pieces in beaten eggs, then coat with flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry chicken until golden brown.
- In a separate pan, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and sriracha. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Toss fried chicken in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve with baked fries.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for preferred spice level.
- Use an air fryer for crispier fries.
- Double the sauce if you prefer extra coating.
