Description

A quick and flavorful stir-fry with tender beef, crisp vegetables, and a sweet-spicy honey glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef in soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, and ginger for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
  3. Add beef and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, stir-fry vegetables for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return beef to the pan and toss with the vegetables.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.

Notes

  • Slice beef thinly for even cooking.
  • Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
  • Serve over rice or noodles.
