Description
A quick and flavorful stir-fry with tender beef, crisp vegetables, and a sweet-spicy honey glaze.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate beef in soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, and ginger for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
- Add beef and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, stir-fry vegetables for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return beef to the pan and toss with the vegetables.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
Notes
- Slice beef thinly for even cooking.
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
