Juicy chicken fillet smothered in a rich, spicy creamy garlic parmesan sauce. A quick and flavorful dish perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust for spice)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens (2-3 minutes).
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over it. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with dried parsley and serve hot.
