A rich and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken in a spicy creamy garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add chili flakes, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Return chicken to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust chili flakes for desired spiciness.
- Serve with rice or pasta.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
