Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 medium zucchini, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add salmon and cook for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove salmon and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic, corn, and zucchini for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve salmon with corn and zucchini.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Fresh corn works best, but frozen can be used.
- Serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
