Ingredients

- 500 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Sprinkle red pepper flakes and stir.
- Add lemon juice and parsley, then stir well.
- Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with remaining oil.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Marinate shrimp in olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice for extra flavor.
- Best served fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
