Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer cheese, brisket, BBQ sauce, and spices between the unbuttered sides.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Press lightly with a spatula to help the cheese melt.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve hot.
