Instructions

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the baking soda, salt, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients with the sourdough mixture and mix until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
