These slow cooker pulled pork sliders are tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Perfect for gatherings or game day!

- 3–4 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 12 slider buns
- Coleslaw (for topping, optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.
- Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker and pour the BBQ sauce over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
- Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
- Mix the shredded pork with the remaining BBQ sauce in the slow cooker.
- Serve the pulled pork on slider buns and top with coleslaw if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the pork shoulder in the spice mixture overnight.
- You can use any type of BBQ sauce you prefer.
- Leftover pulled pork can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
