Description

Crispy and delicious sliced potatoes made in the air fryer, perfect as a side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium Potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd.
  5. Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Check for desired crispiness; add additional time in 2-3 minute increments if necessary.
  7. Once done, remove the potatoes and let them cool slightly before serving.
