- 4 medium Potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold recommended)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
- Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd.
- Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Check for desired crispiness; add additional time in 2-3 minute increments if necessary.
- Once done, remove the potatoes and let them cool slightly before serving.
