A juicy sirloin steak topped with a rich garlic Dijon cream sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 sirloin steaks (8 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- Sear steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Remove steaks and let rest.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
- Stir in Dijon mustard and heavy cream.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Pour sauce over steaks and serve.
