Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 loaf crusty bread
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut bread into slices, brush with olive oil, sprinkle garlic powder, and toast until golden.
  3. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp, cook for 2 minutes per side.
  5. Pour in white wine and lemon juice, simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  7. Remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley.
  8. Serve shrimp over garlic bread.
