Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well coated.
  3. Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  5. Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and drizzle with lemon juice. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
