- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well coated.
- Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and drizzle with lemon juice. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- For added flavor, marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes before cooking.
