Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from pan and let it rest for 2 minutes.
- Chop chicken into small pieces.
- Return chopped chicken to the pan and add soy sauce and lemon juice.
- Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
