Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
  3. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Remove chicken from pan and let it rest for 2 minutes.
  5. Chop chicken into small pieces.
  6. Return chopped chicken to the pan and add soy sauce and lemon juice.
  7. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
